CONFIRMATION/CANCELLATION POLICY

Certifying agencies restrict the number of students we are permitted to enroll in any single program. Reservations for our programs are not "confirmed" until payment is received. Where payment is not received thirty days in advance of the scheduled starting date of the class, reservations are automatically canceled. Available space is on a "first-come, first-serve" basis until the maximum enrollment is reached. Agencies are free to substitute personnel for confirmed reservations at any time without penalty, and tuition is fully refundable if canceled prior to five business days before class begins. Cancellations within five business days of class are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Sorry, there will be no refunds for "no shows."
